Very pleased with the newly installed magnetic insect screen for my windows. Now I can ventilate the toilets and bedrooms without worrying about little creepy crawlies coming in. My husband and I chanced upon InsectOut when we randomly googled for insect mesh. The need arose when a cockroach flew into our MBR and gave us a shock 😅 so the next day we immediately tried to find a vendor. Mindy replied super quickly, and managed to arrange for a site visit that same day by TC.
TC was on time, very knowledgeable and efficient as well. There was no hard selling - he sought to understand our needs and what we had in mind, without trying to convince us to invest more than what we wanted. He was able to advise us accordingly, and also could answer all our questions and concerns. Throughout the whole time, he made us feel reassured that he knew our needs and knew exactly what he was doing. Pricing was also transparent and nett.
We confirmed the same day and managed to get an installation slot the following week by Uncle Malek and his teammate. They were on time, professional, fast and efficient! He taught us how to properly remove / adjust the mesh, and we’re sooo happy with how it looks + the peace of mind that the insect mesh gives us.
So far, the mesh is not visible from afar, yet still allows wind to flow. Ventilation is not affected at all! Additionally, the magnetic mesh allows us to change how the sliding windows are opened, as compared to other variations where it’s a fixed mesh panel and only certain windows can be opened
