TC came to my house last weekend to do a quotation, was very honest and not pushy to do more than what I wanted. He also offered some problem solving solutions for the gaps in my house to completely prevent insect entry. Uncle Hussein did my window wire mesh the next day. Careful precision in his work, hard worker and even helped me seal up some gaps in my window grills using sealant I had bought. Very impressed by their work, wire mesh holding well, very neatly done and easy to use.

Great product! Easy installation! Economical pricing! Excellent customer service! Fast delivery! I ordered four DIY sets in the morning, and Mindy delivered them to me that same evening. Totally impressed by the superb service and delivery time. Excellent for customer service! It has been a very pleasant experince with InsectOut. Special thanks to TC as he has been super helpful and friendly offering us very sincere advice.If you are a handy man and love to DIY, you can do the mesh installation by yourself! This is exactly how we did it. TC encouraged us to do it ourselves and give us a short demo. Not only it saves us almost 50% on costs, it also gives us the flexibility to do it at our convenient time and pace. In this way we can also cope with how to change or replace the mesh in the future.Look, my little furry friend is enjoying the view and we have our peace of mind!

Easy to installed with clear instruction and most important is overall - Neat !!!! I installed it in my kitchen, living room, 3 toilets . Now can open window freely , no worry about insects and mosquitos �!!!

Highly recommended! Excellent service with prompt replies. Price was reasonable, easy to installed. It took me 30 mins! And ofcos i felt secured now. Can finally open my window freely without to worry bout my cats jumping on. My cats safety comes first. Very satisfied! 👍👍

Got it almost immediately upon ordering.Installing it wasn't that difficult but it did hurt a bit my thumbs as it require a little pressure to attach magnetic strip on the net to the PVC strips. As its our 1st time installing, it may not be perfect fitted but it works awesomely well and I am glad that I can now open the window. Enjoy the fresh air without having to worry my 🐱 climbing out to the parapet to catch the glimpse of the birds.The best thing is its incredibly invisible. That imperfect DIY is also unnoticeable. Will sure to fix it again in my upcoming new house. But this time will definitely get them to do it for me instead. 😉

I messaged InsectOut and got a reply within a few hours and managed to secure a slot for mesh installation. TC was very kind to move it forward for me so I waited less than a week. Mr Hussein, who installed the mesh for me was very professional and he did an awesome job. I am very satisfied with their great service and would recommend fellow cat lovers and friends to use them for meshing of gate and house.Once again thank you InsectOut my kitties will be safe at home and no worries of them escaping �
