We contacted about 4/5 different vendors to get a quote and discuss our needs and only InsectOut took the time to understand our needs (have cat, want to leave grilles on, need to access windows) and explain how the product worked. Everyone from Mindy over the phone (WhatsApp), TC who did the sale/ recce/ measuring to Uncle Malek who did the installation were pros. Felt very taken care of and also they really made sure to be transparent, not make it too expensive and made it easy for us to get it done. Great experience - would recommend - and now our cat and us get to enjoy the breeze without being worried about anything.

Assisted me patiently for someone whose a first-time home owner alot with my endless enquires haha. Uncle malek is also very detailed and hardworking when he came over for installation. I always thought installing insect nets are quite simple (since they can be bought from shoppee) until I witnessed the whole process that took 7hours. Highly recommend insect net to anyone whose looking for good service & quality. 👍🏻
